Abe Manthei is the Director of Missional Development for the Manthei Group, a Michigan-based collection of family-owned businesses in the manufacturing and real estate markets.  Over the last several years, Abe has led his family from focusing its charity work on predominately foreign endeavors to shifting much of this focus onto helping the employees of the Manthei Group grow to become better versions of themselves. Specifically related to housing, Abe has led the establishment of a long-term residence facility for employees who struggle with substance use disorder, and the Manthei Group was also recently awarded $490,000 under MSHDA's Employer Assisted Housing Grant.
