Ashley Halladay-Schmandt is the Director of the Northwest Michigan Coalition to End Homelessness and a board member of Housing North. She has more than a decade of experience building collaborative, data-driven homeless response systems in rural Michigan and beyond. Driven by a deep passion for ensuring everyone has access to safe, stable housing, Ashley leads community-wide efforts—including the Housing and Homelessness Task Force—to make homelessness rare, brief, and one-time.
