With over four decades of experience in the building industry, Devin L. Hill brings a lifetime of knowledge and leadership to the construction profession. A Licensed Builder for more than 30 years, Devin has dedicated his career to advancing safety, education, and excellence across the field.

As an Adjunct Instructor at Northwestern Michigan College's Construction Technology Department for the past 16 years, he has shared his expertise with countless students, helping shape the next generation of construction professionals. Devin is a Construction Health and Safety Technician, Certified Occupational Safety Specialist, and OSHA Authorized Trainer with a strong focus on construction safety and education for over 30 years.

He is also a registered instructor for the 60-hour Michigan Builder Prelicensure Course, preparing future builders for successful careers. As the owner of NorthStar Consultation, Devin provides expert guidance, safety training, and leadership development solutions tailored to the needs of the construction industry.
