Tish Stave, Housing & Energy Efficiency Services Director, has been employed with NMCAA for 15 years, serving in multiple capacities, starting as an AmeriCorps member with the Michigan Foreclosure Prevention Corps. Prior to her experience in Weatherization and Home Repair, she has managed multiple state and federal funded programs, such as LIHEAP Deliverable Fuel Assistance, Michigan Energy Assistance Program (MEAP), and housing counseling programs such through HUD, MSHDA, and NeighborWorks America. She also has experience in implementation of new and emergency programs, such as CARES and CRF Emergency Services, ensuring compliance with funder guidelines as well as leading state and federal reporting on behalf of the entire agency. Tish has a BS in Sociology from Central Michigan University.
