This is a month-to-month furnished rental. Due to the layout, our house is not suitable for children and is not handicap accessible. This beautifully decorated ranch home is in a quiet, ideally located Traverse City neighborhood with its own lake access on Silver Lake. Our home offers two guest bedrooms with queen beds and ample closet space. Guests have their own private bath with shower/tub and can use our fully-equipped kitchen for cooking at home, as well as a large laundry. The larger bedroom has a workspace with a desk and printer. There is additional storage in the basement.

All utilities, 5G internet and Netflix are included in the rent. Our home is ideally located close to downtown Traverse City (7 mi), Grand Traverse Commons (4 mi), Interlochen Center for the Arts (9 mi), and Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore (20 mi). Cherry Capital Airport is just 12 miles away.
